| August 28, 2004 - Whitewater rafting down the New River in West Virginia. Brian, Tiana, Derek, Nicole, William and myself partake of this wonderful adventure. |

| On July 6, 2003 Tiana and I made our way down to visit Brian in Portsmouth. He took us to the Norfolk Botanical Garden, the Chrysler Museum of Art and Fellini's for dinner.

| On July 12, 2003 Tiana and I grabbed Derek on the way up to Baltimore where we spent the afternoon hanging out at the Inner Harbor until we went to pick Vair up from the airport.

| On August 2, 2003 Tiana, Brian, Tim, Derek, Polly and I whitewatered down the Lower New River with category I-V rapids.

| On August 16, 2003, Tiana, Donna, Derek and I kayaked down the James River in Scottsville with the river running swift and the sun shining brightly.

| On September 7, 2003 Tiana met up with Vair and Jon for a trip to the mushroom festival - i bailed on the trip in order to get in some training and some relaxation.

| On September 21, 2003, Tiana, Tim, Derek and I headed back in history to when you ate your turkey drumstick standing and chainmail was the heavy metal.
